Small apps that keep your life on your phone.

OneLifeStack makes calm, focused Android apps. They work offline, need no account and keep what you put in them on your device.

Apps

What we make

  • Pocketful app icon

    Pocketful

    Flashcards · Public beta

Swipe through a few flashcards a day. Pocketful brings back what you are about to forget. Photo and voice cards, Anki import, and a web app for your laptop.

  • Lots app icon

    Lots

    Decisions · Public beta

Keep the meals, places and films you might enjoy. When you can't decide, Lots draws one for you and sets aside whatever can't happen today.

  • Liner app icon

    Liner

    Music player · Coming soon

A music player for the songs already on your phone. No streaming, no account, and no internet permission at all.

Betas are downloaded from each app's site. Before you install one, you can check that the file came from us.

How we build

The same promises in every app

  • No account

You never sign up or sign in. Our apps open straight to what they do.

  • Your data stays on your phone

What you put in an app is stored on your device. We don't run a server that receives it.

  • No ads, no trackers

No advertising SDKs, no analytics, no crash reporters that phone home.

  • Backups you hold

Every app can export your data to a file you choose, and read it back in.

  • Few permissions

We ask only for what a feature needs, and only when you use that feature.

  • One family of apps

All our apps are signed with one key, so they can work together on your phone without a cloud in between.

About

Who we are

OneLifeStack is made by Omprakash Gautam, an independent developer working on a set of small personal apps under one idea: your story, connected, and kept by you. The Android apps are companions to onelifestack.com. Each one is useful on its own and none needs the others.

We answer email ourselves. Bug reports, ideas and questions about privacy are all welcome.
