Reporting a problem

It helps to tell us:

• which app, and its version (Settings, then About, in each app)
• your phone model and Android version
• what you did, what you expected and what happened instead
• a screenshot, if you can

Please don't send the contents of your backups unless we ask. If we need one to find a bug, we will say so and delete it when we are done.

Deleting your data

Our apps have no accounts and we hold no copy of what you put in them, so there is nothing to delete on our side. To remove your data, delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Backup files you exported are yours; delete them wherever you saved them.

If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask at [email protected] and we will delete it.
